What is this Hunt?

image image

The Hong Kong Treasure Hunt is a game designed to give you a real feel for the city. Immerse yourself in local culture. Go about your day like a local, eat like a local, play like a local. Plan your own route, figure out how to get from A to B, and discover all these amazing treasures on the way while performing different fun tasks!

This game will take you to various more and less famous sights of Hong Kong, and asks you to perform various simple tasks at these venues. These tasks include food, transport, general sightseeing, finding odd and unexpected trivia, and more. Points are given for completion of the tasks, finding the correct answers, and of course originality shown in the photos you take at the various checkpoints.

This event is held every first Saturday of the month, starting 13:30 from Tsim Sha Tsui (the clock tower near Star Ferry Pier - one of those little treasures), ending at 17:30. The race itself will be finished by 17:00, after that it's time for socialising and for a little prize ceremony. The final location is at the IFC rooftop, yet another hidden treasure, with great views across the harbour.

At the endpoint you'll be welcomed with free drinks, and we'll check which team found the most treasure that day!
